Order System Help

1. Place your orders

  • Shop around the site, adding items to your cart.
  • Click on the "Order Now" button.
  • From the order list you can always return to the Store or the last visited page.
  • When ready shopping click on the "View Order List" button.

2. View the order list

  • Once in the Order System click the ' Blue arrow' button , to see an Order Summary.
    Here will start the payment pages.

3. Payment

  • Ready shopping?
    Click again on a ' Blue arrow' button.
  • Read the instructions and messages at the bottom of every cart page. They will tell you what to do next.
  • Click any of the buttons or links to move around the Shopping Cart.
  • Do not use your browser back / forward buttons to move throughout the cart until you have paid.

Insurance arrangement
Select Shipping method
2nd. To Invoice page
Read Invoice
Choose Payment method
Pay invoice via

  • Read instructions on every page

  • Click only on the buttons in the order system

  • Never use the internet browser's back / forward buttons while in the order system

Still some spooky Problems ? ?

  1. If you place items on the order list but do not see them appear it is most likely that your Browser needs to be set to accept so called 'cookies'. Read here about our cookies.
  2. A know issue is the problem some security software may impose. It is known that Norton Internet Security Software does not allow use of the order buttons, the only way to get around this is to turn this security temporarily off. The software may prevent from loading the needed numerical cookie.
